Last Thursday I attended the Inside the mark. Studio with Ashley Greene. Ashley Greene is one of my favorite celebs right now, she’s sweet, chic, and absolutely has covetable color! I was definitely excited to see her interview with another stylish girl, Suchin Pak, and check out Ashley’s favorite mark. products.
I had heard about mark. cosmetics from when Lauren Conrad became a brand ambassador a few years ago but I had actually never tested the products myself. Let me tell you I am thoroughly impressed! I did an entire face with solely mark. products and the products were pigmented, lasted all day, and didn’t cause any iffy effect they way some new products do on my face.
The event had a tester station with all of Ashley’s favorite products by mark. My favorites include the lip stain in Splendid Pop, which is more of a gloss that slowly turns matte, I love it! One application lasted from before my morning coffee to around lunch! My second favorite is the kohl “no place to run” pencil eyeliner. It’s creamy and applies heavily so it is perfect for achieving that sassy smokey eye. My final favorite is the mascara, it’s definitely lighter in texture so it’s a nice for daytime, but the wand is amazing at achieving clump-less long lashes.

One of the fun aspects of the event was the live interview broadcasted online. Ashley seemed so down to earth despite her overnight success and seemed like a normal girl who was grateful for her new life. Ashley told us how high school in general was her biggest beauty regret, how she worked in a bowling alley before Twilight (ps- she’s team Edward), & that her beauty must-have is tinted moisturizer. Ashley was so humble and even took her shoes off when taking a pic with a fellow blogger. This gorge girl is so sweet and underneath the glam exterior, she’s just a young girl who loves make up as much as we all do!
She’s just a lot more glam when she does it! I had so much fun at the event and make sure you go to mark. cosmetics and check out Ashley’s pop up store & see her fave products.
