I’ve been totally MIA lately due to starting a new job! Well new job at a company I’ve been with since February, but it’s officially full-time now, and I could not be more grateful and excited! Now that I am all settled in, posting will hopefully be back to regular. Until then I thought I would share with you a few things on my love radar right now.

1. My new Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Clutch

Through Rebecca’s “Jack a MAC” Twitter contest I power walked over to 26 Bond St and received my very own gorgeous RM purse! The gold hardware, adorable lining and functionality will make this one of my favorite new items.

2. Coach’s Poppy Tyler Leather Moto Jacket

Despite NYC temps being in the high-humidity 90’s I am coveting this adorable leather jacket. At $698 this moto is definitely out of my price range but the chic shape and buttery leather have me dreaming about the day I can slip it on.

3. My new Sam Edelman Kinley wedges

These suede beauties will be my go-to heel as summer gets cooler and brings Fall into my overheated life. I love how versatile these shoes are, whether open toed in summer or with tights for Fall, I’ll be rocking these for awhile. Lucky for me, Piperlime has them on sale for $119 (but shh I found them for only $57 at a chain store on the Cape last week!)

4. My Makeup Forever Aqua Cream in #13

This amazing, long-lasting, uber-pigmented cream has been rocking my world for the last two weeks. Paired with my MAC Painterly primer, two coats last me from 9:00 am until nighttime when I need to use eye makeup remover to take it off. Almost all eyeshadows (even with primer) disappear on my eyelids after a maximum of 5-6 hours so I was in shock and awe when this MUFE Aqua Cream lasted all day without creasing, caking, or smearing. In case you’re wondering, the formula was created for “water ballerinas” aka synchronized swimmers, so it’s built to last all day. It also comes in over 20 colors for $22 at Sephora. Worth it.

5. Maybelline’s Falsies Mascara

First of all, I don’t think I’ve left the house without mascara ever in about 3 years. I will coat on doll lashes even when I go to the gym. There is something so perfect about dark, full, lashes that I cannot resist to swipe at least once despite my destination. After hearing rave reviews, I decided I needed to get my hands on this $7 drugstore new release. I could not be a bigger advocate for this little purple bottle. Maybelline’s Falsies is the LEAST clumping mascara I’ve ever used! The brush is angled to fit perfectly underneath top lashes and over bottom lashes to create the longest lashes I’ve ever seen. Verdict: Best drugstore product out there.

My final July obsession is TONIGHT! My ultimate guilty pleasure is Jersey Shore. It’s a horrible, ridiculous show and I am sickly addicted to the fist-pumping, Ron-ron juice drinking, GTL-loving group. So excited for tonight’s premiere!
